we are in our third day and this is our last hotel to stay in cebu as we are about to go to my hometown BOHOL. this hotel is equipt with high tech/ automatic entrance and a touch screen elevators.. i like the safety of our room.. though we stay in a budget one, yet,. its like your in a super deluxe room, its complete, refregerator, shampoo and liquid body soap..its convenience for all of us....its a very nice hotel to stay. we surely comeback soon here..lastly the wifi is excellent.. love it!

The hotel is situated in the middle of the City. Close the big malls and the center of the town. Service is okay, breakfast in the restaurant is buffet style. There is enough food, but not so many selections. The room we stayed did not have any windows at all, so if you have problems with something like that, ask upon check in. Rooms are decent and okay.
If you want to explore the city and not spent to much time in the hotel - this is the place for you.

It's my third time to stay at this hotel and the last two stays, I was really happy about their service. The third stay, however, was quite disappointing.

They have just finished renovation and the new lobby, restaurant, and rooms were definitely nicer. However, I think they lacked the time to train their new employees. Unlike before, the new employees lacked the courteousness I got during my last two stays. Also, I went to eat at their restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The waiters ignored me or avoided eye contact whenever I tried to call them. Food also took a long time to come.

I really hope that the next time I stay at this hotel, staff would have improved.

Just a short trip to shop n eat. Handily placed with decent rooms and prices.
Breakfast is ok but don't really like processed meats prefer bacon n sausage, but hey still not to shabby.

Rooms in the hotel were ok and other premises as it's not that old.

Was staying in a room 333 which is next to staff room and woke up every morning around 4-5AM due to loud talking and laughing. People seemed to be there just for social chats and not for working. View in from the room was disappointing, why would you even need to put a window if all you can see is a large aircon machine or similar.

Water pressure was great, room service ordered breakfast (scrambled eggs and coffee) took 1 hour to arrive which is really not acceptable. Otherwise I was happy with the stay.

Room Tip: Try to ask a room with a real view.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

The rooms were extremely dirty. The airconditioner rattled so loudly that it was difficult to sleep. Housekeeping knocks on your door unsolicited at 7:30am. The sink would not drain.

The front desk staff were nothing short of rude. Especially a women named Pie. Pie practically through a temper tantrum because we gave her a 100 peso bill to pay for the 60 peso waters we drank. After clearing our tab with this women and checking out she gave us our receipt without so much as a thank you or a smile.

On the positive side, the front door guys were really nice and helpful.

Would absolutely never stay here again, and I urge all travelers to avoid this place like the plague.

Stayed for 3 nights for the Sinolug 2013 festival. We were greeted nicely and check-in was quick. Since we checked in quite late, we were told that there was no more window view room and since i was really tired, i decided that we should just take any room available.

The room was ok with 1 double and 1 single bed. The toilet were fine too. Only bad thing is that we have to wait for about 10 mins before the shower can be hot (longer at times). The rooms are filled with Mosquitos!! Aircon was really noisy at times. And the cable tv doesnt have any movie channels at all.

Tried the free henna service (which was given free to each room for the Sinolug event) but decided to leave them since they spoke little english and were not helpful at all (or rude perhaps)

Decided to stay 1 more night and there was inconvenience since all the different lady told us different prices for the stay (like asking more for the sinolug rate when its already over).

Other than that, this would be my 1st and last stay here.
