We arrived wanting to book the 2 1/2 hour island explorer trip and were told that it had to be booked two days in advance. I explained that the website didn't mention this. I was told that the website couldn't book the trip, another site did. The girl was a little hard to understand so I don't know exactly where the trip should have been booked. All I knew was that we couldn't do it. We did book the 60 minute tour of the three beaches. We came back at our assigned time and were ready to go. They seemed very unorganized and it took a while to get us up and running. Another gentleman was booked at the same time but for a 30 minute excursion. No fewer than ten times, they got our information mixed up with his, and we all had to keep correcting them. In the end, it got sorted out and we had our trip. The segways seem to be in good working order. They gave us a crash course on how it worked, made us do some sample maneuvers, and off we went. We had to follow a tour guide, who unfortunately set the speed. I was wanting to go a little faster, but it wouldn't have been safe. We toured the first two beaches and stopped for pictures at Silosa Beach. We got to the other end and stopped again for pictures. We had some extra time, so the tour guide let us play around with them on a cul-de-sac where there was no traffic. They go pretty fast and can be so much fun. They made us wear elbow and knee pads and a helmet. Afterwards, we were pretty glad we didn't book the 2 1/2 hour trip. We didn't think this would be possible, but our feet and calves were killing us after 1 hour. The rider has to stand very still over a certain spot to engage the sensors. Our feet started hurting from standing in one spot for so long. After a while, I started flexing my feet and stretching my calves and that helped a lot. Keep that in mind when booking a trip.

This was much more fun than we ever imagined, theey are fast, slightly tricky to learn but a lot of fun once you get the hang of it ... a must try again when in sentosa ...

The sideways movement of the handle is difficult to grasp, but it sud not really take a long time to get upto speed .....

Myself and my brother attended this attraction as we had it included in our ifly groupon deal. We arrived and from start to finish not one staff member seemed happy, interested or made us feel like we were to have a good time.

I have been on a segway before and I did not expect much from the track anyways but it really was pretty boring for anyone older than about the age of 14.

I would have probably tried the segway adventure along the coast but to be quite honest, the attitude of the staff has put me off returning to do that.

Overall, this is a good attraction for young families if the staff were more friendly!

We did have fun and enjoyed it, but we purchased a 1/2 tour and was only given a short 5 min tour around a small track. We went and complained, but it was to late for us to join the other group and they told us to come back the next day, but it was our last day in Singapore so we missed out on the tour. That was a little disappointing :(. Anyway , the five minutes we got was fun and the boys enjoyed it , but was upset that it was short

The Segways are great fun and very easy to ride. A quick set of pointers from the guides and a few minutes of practice is all it takes to get the hang of them. Need to keep an eye on the person in front so you don't get too close.
