Given Im paying a premium price for the resort with a sea view room! Hotel is old, service is poor and overall expereince feels like Im staying at a 3 stars motel! For the price Im paying I am sure there are other better hotel at Santosa!


Room Tip: Hotel is old so facilities inside the room might be from the 80s so expect a lot of wear and tear.

It was our first time staying there. Our connecting rooms were not ready and we waited for more than an hour. The staff offered a resting room to us and even drove us in a buggy to the Flying Trapeze area and back as we had 4 young kids and our parents with us! We were impressed and the kids love the ride! For the late availability of the rooms, the hotel gave us a bottle of wine and milk and cookies for the kids and reduced the rates! Excellent service staff!

We are currently staying at this hotel. We checked in in 21 Dec and will check out on 27 Dec.
Checked in service was really really slow. We requested for an extra bed and Baby cot. They asked us to wait for almost 20 miss at the lobby and they need to check whether is availble. At the end, I said How about We wait at the room instead as I am pregnant,can't really stand for too long. The buffet breakfast staff are Not nice at all, the services are just really bad. It's seems like they Don't want to serve at all. There's also a bus service from vivo city to the hotel, when they need to leave on time, they will leave at the dot. When they want to cut one of try he service time, they Don't even inform the people or apologize! We waited half an hour at civil city and they just skip the 8 o'clock bus to pick people up without inform the people. What kind of service Can a five star hotel provide? Lucky our trip will end in a few days and We won't come back again. I Don't really find the value is worth.

My friends and I stayed here a few weeks ago for the music festival. I have to say it was very convenient and pretty close to where the event happened. The service was good, employees were very nice when we arrived on the first night in Singapore.

I would highly recommend you to stay here only if you are interested in staying away from the city. This resort is good for families to bring their children here since the resort is very close to the beach or even the universal studio.

Our arrival at the hotel was warmly greeted and assisted by your staff. Throughout our stay, we liked the swimming pool and beach facilities. Hotel room was clean and above our expectations. We also appreciated the free beverages from room's mini-bar -- very kind of you/hotel.
The stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed it. Thanks to the hotel staff for making this a great experience.

My family & I had a fabulous time at the Rasa Sentosa this December. I would rate it very high in terms of being kid friendly as well as having enough for the kids to do. Between the kids club, the water slides, the kiddy pools, the sprinkler area & the mostly shallow & wide spread pool, my girls (6 & 2.5 years old) were most happily exhausted by the evening.

The lunch & dinner buffets at the hotel are great if the kids are too exhausted to go out but if you want some change, there are plenty of options at the very easily accessible Imbiah Lookout & Resorts World complexes. Rasa Sentosa has complementary coach service to these places

People traveling with younger kids need to know that the kids club accepts kids independently only if they are over 5 years & the toddlers are not allowed in this kids club. They can play at another play area (under parent supervision) which is separate from the main kids club (my younger one was most upset about not being able to play with her sister)

The rooms (pool facing) are a reasonable size, well lit, airy with nice balconies. The rooms on the other side have no view at all, so I would recommend a pool view room.

The service at the hotel is very prompt & courteous. I would definitely go back to Rasa Sentosa on my next visit. Great family Resort!

Have lived in Singapore for 3 years & never visited this resort. As a stay cation it was great except for the noise from Zouk Out which I was told ear plugs would take care of - they did not. Great resort styled rooms, nice size & layout. We were conveniently in room 505, same level as reception, with easy access to restaurants & pool without having to wait for lift. Pool area great with excellent monitoring by lifeguards ensuring everyone is sticking to pool rules - a treat for people enjoying the adults only area.
The shuttle provided to Vivocity was good, only downside was I had to go into work each day, so had to advance book a taxi each evening with $8 fee due to early hour - but living in Singapore this is well known. The other problem with early start is the breakfast set up. The staff are still setting up at 6:30, for a five star resort this should be already done - I don't want to ask where the egg station chef is, ask for bread knife & then place the bread on a wet plastic board, walk around to find someone for a cup of tea, etc. Another minus is the off site preparation of baked goods- stale pancakes, still frozen cake & muffins. Good buffet dinners, will bring visitors here in future.
A special mention to Veronica our waitress during cocktail hour, so cheerful & friendly.
