Birthday stay-cation for 2D1N Deluxe Room with a magnificent view (level 6-8 only anything lower obstructed by the foliage). A great place to chill & relax without frills. Great ambience! Poolside a great place to tan and just busk under the sun. Love the simple great-for-your-skin-pool (a major PLUS) Staffs are prompt to our needs :)

Stayed 2 nights They charge a lot for location and nice pool. Hotel service could be better. There is no wifi in room only in dining area and this is very hit and miss and didn't work on our second day. Should provide wifi in rooms. The rooms are very small and average and a bit used looking, the shower holder was broken. While there they were doing repairs in the next room that required a jackhammer, although they used this mid morning it was not an aesthetic atmosphere that you would expect when paying top dollar. They were wasp in the lightshade outside our door, everytime we opened the door wasps flew into the room, we mentioned this to the housekeeping staff, who said " OH yes OK". In the morning I asked the housekeeper cleaning rooms, if he could just give us clean towels and some coffee and they would not have to clean room or anything else that day, he said No you are not on my list, I begged for 2 sachets of coffee (the daily allowance) he said he could give me them but not the towels. Had to wait until 4pm for clean towels. The breakfast was good and the reception staff excellent, but room itself just not value for money.

Room Tip: One without wasp in light outside room.

Booked a room at the resort for a 2-nights stay over the weekend to relax and was disturbed every morning by loud knocks and drillings. That totally ruined my so-called weekend getaway which became a torture. I think hotels should indicate in advance when we are booking the hotel should there be any renovation going on, because, what is the point of informing with a note in the room about the noise when the guest have already checked in? Furnitures and toilet also looked runned down. Perhaps that is why they are renovating. Nevertheless, will be my last stay there.

Lovely location overlooking beach and nestled into hillside. Tiny rooms (by Australia or US standards). Hand held shower too low and leaks. Mouldy bathroom could easily have had silicon replaced to freshen up. A non-Eco friendly plastic garbage bag of garbage sat on main stairs for duration of three day stay. Rooms clean but dated, public areas dirty - even a sweep and wipe down would freshen them up. Breakfast adequate. Biggest gripe was no wi fi - in this day and age there can be no excuses for not providing a facility wide coverage, and not just the clunky limited service in the cafe area. Odd to see washing machines in main entrance too. Loved the squirrels and cockatoos in the gardens, but the sludge filled fish ponds looked awful, and the fish seemed lacking oxygen in the stagnant pools. Looks like it was once a lovely place. Now old and worn, but nevertheless charming with friendly staff. I think sadly, it's time for the bull dozers for Siloso.

Booked a superior room for 1 night. The resort is located in Siloso Beach. We stayed on the 3rd floor facing the beach. The room was okay but need re-furbishing. The property is surrounded by lots of trees and we enjoyed listening to the birds, crickets..etc..etc during the day. The pool was nice and there was a man-made waterfall to add beauty to the landscape. There is a tram station that can take you to other parts of the island [ free-of-charge ]. Lots of eateries and pubs can be found near the resort. Overall, I'm happy with the resort.

Room Tip: I stayed at room 320 - facing the beach. It was quiet on weekdays. If you prefer a more quite surrounding, rooms on higher floors are recommended. There is no internet connection in the room :)
