When i checked in the hotel, the staffs were very prompt and nice. He not only explain to me and even bring us up to our room. Knowing that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary, they even gave us a tiramisu. Service is really good, staffs always brings on a smile..

We've travelled all over the globe and we can't speak highly enough about the Quincy. Praises all around to the happy and helpful staff from the desk, waiting service, kitchen and cleaning sections. You made our stay in Singapore so pleasant and comfortable. Everything about the Quincy is so good, great bed, great room, great service, great location. Absolutely best value for the money hotel in Singapore. Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Singapore. Don't believe any negative review about this hotel. Come see for yourself and I promise you won't be disappointed. We've been here 3 nights and have 1 more night to go but we'll be back.

Room Tip: Street facing rooms get great views without the passing traffic noise. Hotel on no through road and...

Stayed several time at Quincy and like it a lot. I like how it set itself different from others with free 1 way airport transfer, full board meals, free internet, free 2pcs laudry and free in-room drinks+snacks. It's of great value if you use these services. Food is not bad if you eat in. Service is great. Staff is great.

Total experience is good. Amenities offered are appreciated. Services is excellent and commitments are met. Bathroom is small but functional. Scent in the lobby is nice in spite if the haze pr.oblem.
Food variety is limited on breakfast and not much difference on a daily basis. This is not good if we stay for a week or longer.

Booked the Qool weekend package to celebrate my wife's birthday and it was the right decision. No surprise cake though (I read in another post that the hotel surprised the couple with a cake when she was there to celebrate her boyfriend's birthday).

The hotel shares the same carpark with Elizabeth hotel and parking is complimentary for guests. The front door to the hotel is controlled (can only be accessed using your keycard or by the front desk). Was surprised by the high level of security. Checked in was fast. The assistant manager attending to us was patient and explained all the benefits that come with the package. The package includes 3 complimentary meals, cocktail hour, complimentary use of mini bar, internet (Wifi or lan), complimentary local calls, a bottle of wine, free use of gym & pool, late check out at 3pm

Gym and pool are located at level 12. We had the whole floor to ourselves when we were there. There is a also a Sauna and steam room. Lockers are also provided to put your stuff if you need to use the facilities. Towels and water are provided at the poolside and in the gym (self service). The pool has a small section with see through glass at the bottom. It was very relaxing and stress free to use the facilities (no need to sign out towel and no one to watch over you).

The restaurant is at the ground floor. Friendly, attentive staff and always around when you need them. Breakfast (6.45am to 10.30am) is buffet - not much variety but adequate. Set meal for lunch (11.30 am to 2.30pm) and dinner (6.00pm to 10.00pm). Food is just average. Cocktail (6.00pm to 8.00pm) is free flow (originally thought only 1 complimentary drink until the staff ask me whether I want another drink when I finished mine).

Room is nice with comfortable bed and a a modern bathroom with a glass encased looking into the bedroom - you can watch TV while having your bath. We had a great time. It was a Qool experience. Highly recommended!

For my business trip in singapore, Quincy Hotel had serve excellent service for me. The hotel is vary near Orchard Street. so accessicibility is good. Hotel fee is also reasonable comparing with other hotel near Orchard Street I think.

The hotel is very modernistic with lots of glass and marble but it is extremely comfortable. The staff were all really friendly. Unlimited WiFi and mini bar. Even after checking out I could leave my bags there, wander around sightseeing and have aq shower in the evening before catching my flight.
