As regular visitors to Singapore, we were so happy to stumble across this perfect hotel. Can't fault it. Staff are wonderfully helpful, polite and friendly. A special thanks to Chandra in the restaurant for being so welcoming and making us feel so at home. Rooms are great. Clean, modern, extremely comfortable - everything our high standards have come to expect and more.
The full board is a great added touch - the concept makes travelling even more enjoyable - especially in Singapore.
We will definitely be back soon and have already recommended the Quincy to many of our friends.
Thank you to all of the team who have made our stay so enjoyable.

Starting with the neo-soul and house music playing in the background, iMacs in the lobby for guest use, and its funky decor, the Quincy is straight cool. The hotel staff is extremely attentive and helpful. But it gets better.... The Quincy is a 5-10 minute walk from shopping along Orchard Road, and train (MTS) and bus lines. The Quincy is all inclusive with breakfast, light lunch and snacks in the afternoon, and several buffet entree options for dinner. Unlimited house cocktails commence at 6p.m. Coupled with free wifi and daily replenished room mini-bar of water, beer and sodas, one cannot go wrong. However, what really put the Quincy over the top was the arrival airport transfer (my driver was waiting punctually for me when my flight landed after midnight), and the two (2) pieces of laundry/dry cleaning daily (noncumulative), included in the rate. The Quincy Hotel is a great place to lay one's head down in Singapore (and travel home with mostly clean clothes)!

I had stayed in the hotel for four nights with my boyfriend.
We both found the hotel:
Very nice interior design. Room is small but everything neat and tidy. Bed and pillow are clean and comfortable. good scented shampoo/shower gel provided.

Breakfast though with few choices, the taste is good and they change the menu everyday. But I would prefer more choices on local food rather than all western style.

Somehow their service is disappointing to us, staffs are not too helpful. We asked for direction from the reception and the staff just advised us to take taxi without suggesting any other options of transportation, not until I asked them. If we want to taxi at the very beginning We would not have asked for your advice. Also we asked about direction to orchard MRT station the staff just directed us to walk down the main road of mount Elizabeth but actually there is another short cut ( which is through the carp ark of York hotel and down Scott's road). We learnt about this piece of information only from website later on. Secondly, there is dinner buffet with unlimited alcoholic beverages every night. On our first day of arrival we were attracted by the buffet and we asked the waiter whether the dinner was charged or not. The waiter somehow misled us that the buffet was free for all hotel guests so we started having food there. And suddenly another waiter came and asked for our room number. Then he told us the buffet was not free and we needed to pay for it! Now it seemed like we were trying to cheat! Why didn't the waiter check our room number and tell us beforehand? Well the waiter at last waived our charge and we did appreciated that. So be careful and ask before you touch anything in the restaurant or room, to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding.

My stay began with a ride from the airport which was part of my hotel package. I loved the varied buffet meals. Very fresh, in-house made food daily. Laundry was promptly returned on the same day by 8 pm. My room was very pleasantly quiet. The hotel is just a short walk to downtown shopping. Very conveniently located.

Booked a trip to Singapore for 3 days and booked the Quincy Hotel online via their website. They offer a full package including transport from the airport and breakfast, lunch and diner. If you book early you have some extra discount (super save). We arrived at the airport and the driver was waiting with a clear sign and private transport (Mercedes E) to the hotel. Depending on your arrival time (traffic) only a 30 min drive. The hotel is located very close to the mean shopping area (Orchard Road, 'Ion' shopping mall and 'Tangs', only 7 min walk) and the same applies for the metro station. The rooms are clean, offer enough space and a nice view of the city. Very nice rain shower, complementary mini bar (no alcohol), Nespresso coffee machine and bottled water. Nice big flat screen, docking station for your iPhone or iPod, in the room safe, iron and ironing board, slippers and bath rope. The 24-hours pool and gym on the 12th floor is great with a nice view of the city. The hotel and staff truly offer a great feeling of hospitality and assisted with the bags, restaurant reservations, taxi's and offered a nice present for my birthday. The breakfast is great and offers all the basics. You can order eggs (omelet, sunny side up etc). I see no reason why some guests are complaining. As a conclusion: excellent hotel for a shopping trip, holiday, business visit. We are definitely returning to The Quincy!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the higher levels, not close to the elevator.

Very convenient location, extremely friendly staff and service. Clean, modern and functional room. There were lots of unexpected freebies too like transfer from airport, minibar, some laundry, breakfast, other food and drink during the day. These were not mentioned when booking (that I can recall) but were a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay there again

After a wonderful stay in Quincy last year, I had decided to return to Quincy for a second staycation to celebrate my partner's birthday. However, it didn't met my expectation or match the experiences i had previously. Upon check-in, i was told that there were changes to the meals provided. The lunch had been replaced by light refreshment instead and the dinner will be buffet style. Dinner was not as good as the previously selection of set meals and the variety of food was limited. Breakfast buffet was okay. The light refreshment for lunch wasn't as good as well. What annoyed me was that the staffs' service level. They had double standard serving locals and foreigners. They were more attentive towards the foreign guests (e.g. topping up of drinks at cocktail evening , recommending food and taking order during light refreshment and etc) while we locals have to wave and get their attentions to our requests. As a frequent Far East Hospitality customer, I understand that the organization emphasis on providing best services to the guests which wasn't the case here.

Overall, i am happy with the room and the hotel facilities but disappointed with the services. A commendation to the Quincy Team that had updated the Qool Weekend package meal details in the website. However, it would had been nice to update the guests that had already made the online booking before the changes to the website.

Room Tip: Request for high floor for better view of surroundings.
