“Great hotel under all aspects”

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I particularly liked the all included package which really gives you peace of mind and you don't have to constantly worry about whether you are going to be charged extra for something. The pick up from the airport went very smoothly and the car was very nice, check in was easy and i am extremely grateful for the fact that i was allowed early check in at 8 am free of charge. They were very understanding about the fact that i had a night flight and could not possibly wait until 2pm as i was very sleepy, not many hotels would do that. The internet worked very well, the tv had a reasonable number of channels, bed was comfortable and the food at the restaurant was fine. All in all a good stay.

We arrived at 6 am and requested an early check in as we had a 5 yr old with us. Juan who was at the reception was very courteous offered us coffee whilst searching for rooms availability. We were provided a room by 8:30 and at no extra cost!!! The breakfast and dinner were very nice.location is very good too just a short stroll to orchard road and MRT station .... Overall experience was very nice and would definitely be staying here next time we are here.

Me n my son stayed in Elizabeth hotel in Dec for 3 nights but have to write a compliment for Quincy's receptionist Tony whom gives a professional service despite us not being his guests. We were looking to book a zoo tour early in the morning but the tour desk in Elizabeth was not open yet and we were directed to next door who apparently has a tour desk too. Upon approaching the reception for the tour booking, we were told that they do not have a tour desk but Tony took initiative to take down our name & room number and told us he will make the booking for us and we can proceed with our plans for the day. He also gives us a map and recommend us places to go & in-depth details about the places of interest. Lastly, when we were back in the hotel late night we were glad to receive a message that our zoo tour had been booked for next day and to our surprise there were printout informations about the places we were interested with travel options and operational time for us to plan with a namecard of his attached
Tony do not have to do all this since we were not his guests therefore he shown a true professional he is. We will stay at Quincy on our next visit to Singapore for sure!

What can you say if ANYTHING is just PERFECT?? Only "Wow" is the right Thing! From arriving till leaving everything was great. Best staff I ever met, supercool Hotel, great Food and Drinks at the buffet ( all inclusiv in the Price )! 5 STARS!!

Breakfast, light lunch, snacks, light dinner, drinks from 6pm - all included! Free wifi, complimentary 2 pieces laundry per day and airport pickup in a luxury car - the list goes on. Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a two week vacation. Ended up being the perfect interlude between serious travel and back to work reality. Great area - quiet and close to Orchard Rd. Did I mention the super friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble attitude?

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. You have free food and beverage all day and evening. Staff were outstanding. Location puts you right in the middle of shopping in Singapore and you can easily take a taxi or a subway to other locations in the surrounding areas.

Room Tip: Remember that you receive a complimentary limo service to or from the airport. They chauffeur you in...

Perfect for a staycation; if you just want a getaway and have a tight budget and too last minute to plan overseas trip. It was a 2D1N trip for me on a Sat, so there was a cupcake baking class. Simple, entertaining and fun. Used their gym, pool, sauna and steam facilities. No need to worry about any meals since its all included. Free flow of hot beverages and the noon snacks provided were great. The food range for dinner is quite limited but still oookkkk if you are not picky. Breakfast is limited but has the basics,, i.e eggs, bread and pastries. Free flow of wine and alcohol beverages as well. And its walkable distance to orchard road, so can go shopping as well, like a tourist.
