Good antipasti and pizza selection. Nothing fanciful but the Italian dishes are prepared with thought and care.

The Funghi Ravioli is worth a try.

The service staff can be a little more attentive. We had to raise our voice to get the attention of the staff when our raised hands did not attract any attention.

I went for an easy lunch in this restaurant while I was visiting RWS, the restaurant is colorful with an open kitchen and a big pizza oven in the middle so i decide to eat a Pizza and it was not a mistake. Service is fine, but I been lucky to meet the chef and the experience improve.

Lunch on a weekday wasnt busy.
The lunch menu is somewhat limited. We chosed the 3 course set lunch for SGD30++ each and were able to use the RWS Invites dining vouchers.
Bread served first was good but felt the olive oil lacked frangrance and diluted.
Appetizers of spinach salad and sliced veal were good and nicely presented. The sauce for both were nice and fresh.
For mains, we had the anchovy pizza which was too salty for our taste. The seafood risotto was tasty but just had 4 thumb-sized shrimps. The portions were small.
For desert, the fruit salad with gelato was a dissapointment - the cut fruits dont look fresh. The tiramisu serving was also small and nothing to shout about.
Though we entered through a side door, we were greeted by a restaurant staff and also given a choice of where to sit. The waiting and serving staff were attentive throughout our meal.

My partner and I tried two main courses - one with a "Chef's Hat" logo (recommended) and one without. The first, a saffron pasta, delighted us greatly. The second, a seafood pasta, was good but paled in comparison. We also had a tiramisu for dessert that did not disappoint.

I enjoyed the open kitchen concept, where you can watch the chefs baking pizzas, mixing pasta sauces etc.

We had breakfast here and I must say, it is superior over Forest in terms of selection. We were also seated in the private room as there were 7 of us. Plus points for them on this one!
