We have just returned from a fabulous 4 night stay at The Fullerton Bay Hotel. The trip was a special getaway to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. It was everything we expected and more.
The staff were very attentive and offered personalised service, always referring to us by name. Concierge recommended great restaurants and were very informative on what to see & do in Singapore. Les Amis au Jardin was perfect for our anniversary and nearby Kinki (Japanese) was a great, relaxed night out.
Our deluxe room was well appointed and immaculately cleaned by the time we returned from breakfast everyday. The bed, pillows & rainwater shower head were divine!
The staff went over & beyond with little extra's which added to our experience - wine, chocolates & a special anniversary note were delivered to the room within 5 minutes of our arrival. Then more wine, chocolate dipped strawberries & macaroons waiting on our return from dinner the night of our anniversary.
The rooftop pool and Lantern bar were amazing. There was no better way to spend the day - relaxing in one of the two private infinity edge spa's, cocktail in hand, admiring the view! When we dined at the Lantern bar we were seated at one of the daybeds which provided spectacular views of the waterfront & the Marina Bay Sands light show. One of the Food & Beverage Manager's even introduced herself to us and offered suggestions of what we could do during our stay.
Breakfast at Clifford was included in our rate & offered a wide selection. The bircher muslei was one of the best I have had. Again we encountered personalised & attentive service each morning.
Restaurants at nearby Customs House & One Fullerton are hard to beat if you don't want to travel far. Otherwise there are endless options further afield and with taxi's being so cheap ($5 for a 15mins ride to Orchard Rd) they are easily accessible.
We'd love to return to The Fullerton Bay Hotel again, and although the hotel probably attracts more couples and business people over families, we're sure our children would be warmly welcomed.

Had the best Mojito ever here. Brilliant location, service and well worth the steepish price. You have the most amazing views across Marina Bay and the rooftop bar has possibly the best views of the light show every evening. Loved it

I stayed here during my business trip. Iwas stayed at Rendezvous hotel before stayed at The Fullerton Bay hotel. Special for The Fullerton, this is the best hotel i ever stayed in. Everything was perfect! Definitely will come and stay again at this hotel for my next trip to Singapore.

Came her for afternoon tea and had the choice of sitting in the lounge area or the bar - I sat in the bar overlooking the water and Marina Bay Sands. The lounge area also looked very inviting and comfortable. The afternoon tea was beautiful - a good variety of delicious, well presented savouries and cakes with unlimited tea and coffee. The service was flawless. The afternoon tea was replenishable but I really couldn't fit anything else in! So don't have lunch before you do this! I also went to the Fullerton Hotel for afternoon tea a few days later - it was quite nice but not up to the standard of the Fullerton Bay. You can have a glass of champagne for an extra S$10, otherwise it's S$42 plus taxes. It's worth the money.

During our holiday in Singapore we stayed at two properties,Fullerton Bay & St. Regis.
Fullerton Bay hotel is beautiful, contemporary, and you are in the heart of business district.
The view from our room and balcony is stunning, the room luxurious, amenities excellent, & service & staff provided more then expected.
We couldn't help but compare the two hotels and our heart kept coming back to the stay at Fullerton. The whole atmosphere and ambience of the hotel was something we felt fitted us. Maybe its the small scale, the openness, the water, the views?
Both properties are ultra-luxurious- you have to decide which area you rather be in.
Mr Giovanni Viterale is doing a great job with his staff and we hope it stays at this level when we return.
Pool area- outstanding but seating will only accommodate under 30 people, never was full though
Breakfast Buffet $50 per person was outstanding and couldn't wait to wake up to go eat!
Fitness area small but had the equipment I needed
