I am not the type of traveler who get the privilege to spend a lot of times at the hotel but this hotel for me is one of the best in Singapore by far. I always experienced a warm welcome. My room was always comfortable and beautiful over looking the water and i can see MBS from my window. In October F1 race was near by so excessive noise from those cars were expected but they didn't finish too late at night. Please try CLIFFORD the food are excellent. If i finish work early i like to take my business partner to Lantern and enjoy drinks , conversation and good atmosphere.

We stayed for two nights and found more cons than pros. Although it's a nice hotel - modern rooms and spacious - the service is not the one you expect for a 5 star hotel. We asked for a car to pick up us a Changi Aiport and they charged us 150 SGP for 15 min ride (5 times the regular price if you take a TAXI (25 SGP) which is as comfortable as the car they ve sent to us), a robbery!
Although it was our honeymoon, no welcome was given and charged us 50 dollar per night to have a "lateral bay view room". This is not what you expect even though they do not have the obligation to do it. But almost all the hotels we stayed during our trip (5 star GL) gave us upgrades and amenities upon our arrival.
Staff at Clifford and the Landing point was very lazy and not so friendly. Just after our arrival, we went to the Landing point to have some lunch and we cancelled our order because of the delay. And if you want to have breakfast at Clifford, you should go early in the morning or you won't be able to find a sit.

As a 5 star hotel the fullerton bay is good but not extraoriginal.
The rooms were tidy and comfy but pool was not. Breakfast was a bit limited. My judgement is that in a few weeks I do not remember the hotel anymore.

This hotel is the best located hotel in Singapore. Its just perfect, the little restaurants and bars there are very nice, everything is just excellent.
They gave us a bottle of champagne as a wellcome gift for our honeymoon, that was a very nice surprise.
The hotel smells awful, behind the nice floral scent the hotel has, it smells like poo and mouth.
Housekeeping is poorer than in a 3 star hotel. The room always feeled dirty.

We chose The Fullerton Bay Hotel upon the recommendation of a friend in Singapore associated with the travel business.

The location is excellent with a close 10 min walk to the Marina Bay Sands, not to mention the great location to watch the nightly laser show from across the bay!

We had a few issues with housekeeping however this was quickly fixed by the Front Office team who were very helpful.

Overall great hotel and we would definitely come back to stay!

Room Tip: Higher floors are better.

20 years ago i stood outside this magnificent closed/old post office building & thought what a great hotel this would make.
so good not to be disappointed.
my room was comfy with a good view over the city towards the new towering Mandalin Bay.
the staff under stood the concept of small portions for food.
which was usual buffet hotel style but laid out well with exceptional staff assistance.

Room Tip: very asian,be careful you get a smoking floor. can be overpowering smell

Stayed during the Formula 1 Grand Prix race so needless to say it was very busy. The property and staff are outstanding. Really liked being in a smaller, quality boutique-style hotel. After 24 hours the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant called us by name. The service at this hotel is exemplary, nothing is too much trouble and it is delivered in a friendly, unpretentious way. When our flight was cancelled and we had to leave earlier than planned on another flight, they didn't charge us for the last night, even though there are no refunds during the Formula 1 time period. Will definitely stay here again. (Beautiful view of the bay also!)

Room Tip: Bay view is lovely if you can afford it.
