“Without a doubt probably one of the BEST bakeries I've ever been to!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 January 2012

Without a doubt, this has to be one if not, THE BEST bakery I think I've ever been to!!!! Whenever I go to Singapore, it part of my "tradition" to go to this bakery especially as it's only one stop up from where I stay at my hotel. If take the MRT, get off at Bugis and there is a giant shopping center here.
Also, awaiting you right as you come up from the MRT's level, there is Breadtalk, one of the best bakeries around, along with a multitude of other bakeries right nearby! It's like you've entered "Bakeryland" or something. Anyways, a trip to Singapore for me has never been complete without going here and this store has such a great delicious selection of baked goods to choose from each and every time one goes.
I usually make a habit of buying a large bag of baked goods, and then bring it back to Thailand with me whenever I've traveled there.
Their prices are not too bad either and the choices are truly delectable.
I highly recommend everyone to go to this bakery when and if in Singapore.

“Great Eating Option at Sentosa Islands”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 October 2011

At the usually crowded Sentosa Islands, restaurants are crowded too and there are not too many options. Breadtalk with its restaurant in the vicinity of the Universal Studios Singapore is a very good option for a meal. Like with their bakeries elsewhere, this one too has their bakers at work behind glass even as customers pick up their choice of baked goodies from display counters. In addition, this restaurant also has the option of having the kitchen make sandwiches as per one's choice. Range of beverages are available and worth trying are the fresh fruit juices and vegtables juices, squeezed right in front of the customers and also seal packed immediately. The ambience is great and so is the service at this location, which is in keeping with Breadtallk's reputatiion everywhere. If you are at Sentosa and are looking for a light meal or even lunch, head out to Breadtalk! Prices are very reasonable particuarly for the baked goods and even a meal for a family can be had within about S$20-25.00.

“A Bakery Gem”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 June 2011

If you're after a Western bread fix this is the place. We loved the sugar buns! For about S$1 you can indulge in some freshly baked sugary bread but you can also get some different breads with toppings like tuna floss if that tickles your tastebuds.

Cheap, delicious - check out the shopping centres where you can find this bakery. Also open early so if stuck for breakfast they are a good option.
