This was my second visit to the museum and this particular time we saw the Andy Warhol exhibit. First time we saw a Salvador Dali display. Most impressive in both cases was the amount of artwork dedicated to each exhibit. Many times in Singapore things are talked up, but both quality and quantitiy disappoint. Not so here. It is rather pricey for a museum (full access is approx. $30, individual exhibits are around $15) but well worth it compared to other entertainment venues. And second best, a walk around the shops at Marina Bay Sands--lots of eye candy even if you don't buy.

First went to this museum when they had a Dali and Van Gogh show but this time round they had the Titanic and Warhole show. It was really something for every one. The kids loved the Titanic show and the And Warhole Exhibit was well put together.

I have been to 2 excellent exhibitions at the ArtScience museum. These exhibits were fantastic and I think that there will be a number of upcoming exhibits which will be great also.
However its the building itself which is also worth a visit - its an amazing piece of architecture and its great to be inside it and feel the space. Worth a trip - although it can be expensive, but hey that's Singapore...

We bought a ticket to see the 2 current exhibitions, i.e. Andy Warhol and Titanic. We were looking forward to the Warhol exhibition but did not know what to expect from the Titanic one. The Warhol exhibition was really great to understand the artist, his life, and his work. I now feel like I know Warhol much better and to be honest I respect him much more than before discovering his numerous talents (he used to draw shoes and clothes)...

Concerning the Titanic exhibition it starts as a game because your are given a reproduction of a boarding card with the name of a person who really was on board. The exhibition is fabulous with real size reproductions of bedrooms or of the Titanic staircase. After a few minutes you are really inside the Ship. It is full of emotion since you realize that so many people died on this "unsinkable" ship.
It is part of the History which unites Europe and America with people on board from all over the world. Really worth seeing. We enjoyed it.
