This is an interesting street to stroll along for an hour or so, looking for bargains in some of the old fashioned antique and curio shops.
This area is not really a tourist area- it caters for the local residents, so it has a different feel.
There are some interesting places to eat and drink along the way, and I had a good time talking with some of the local shopkeepers.
If you would like to see some of the now becoming older fashioned Singapore, and mingle with locals, this could be a good place to put on your list for an hour or two.
