We always enjoy our stay at Pan Pacific Marina. The service is always the best. We stayed a week in a Suite.

We noticed a few changes after the recent renovations - the best was the relocation of the Pacific Club Lounge to the 360 top level of the building.

There were some new faces however there were some of the long standing staff who we wee each visit & who recognise us (eg breakfast receptionists at the Edge & the front Doorman)

The only disappointment was the pool. It area did not appear to be as clean & attended to & the water had too much chemical so it was very strong smelling. The previous pool attended (prior renovations) was no longer there - he really added to the whole experience.

This is one of our favourite hotels & we will continue to visit & recommend to friends. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Room Tip: The higher floors are accessed from the external bubble lifts.

Singapore on business, never to much of a chore let's be honest. But hotels are rather important part. Pan Pacific is outrageously good in all respects. Customer service for me is what sets it apart from many others. I will not hesitate to use this hotel again and again. The room shower is just the best I have ever experienced, as well as a particularly comfy king + bed to go with it. Just do it, it's fabulous

In the last six months we have re-visited Pan Pacific Hotel, Marina Square, Singapore 3 times.
Its ambience & services as good as, or perhaps surpass those of our favourites Hyatt Century City LA, Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, Fairmont Pacific Rim, Vancouver, Shangri-la Toronto, Sheraton Hotel Lisbon, Tower Hotel London, Concorde LaFayatt, Paris, Beijing Hotel Beijing, Holiday Inn City Centre, Guangzhou, Kempinski Shenzhen, Meritus Shantou, Langham Pl. Mongkok, Hyatt Shinjuku, Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise,
InterContnental Sydney".
Pan Pacific Club 38 is just 'W O W' (360 degrees of the lst world Singapore high rise, waterfrot- garden city) , unmatched while their 'Edge food
Theathre' lives up to two words "food theatre" (variety and quality of Asian/ Western both piping hot and cold)
I wish their passionate operations manager, Mr Edward Chau greater success. Mr Chau certainly made customers leaving with fond memories to pass on.
Pan Pacific services remind us of the professionally operated the P & 0 Pacific Jewel - South Pacific Cruise.

Decided to go for drinks after work, it great choice to re-visit Pan Pacific after the renovation.

Lots of new faces from the service team. But its great to be recognized by the old service team from Bell Counter and Atrium service crews.

Big WOW factors comes from 3 GEMS Service.
First GEMS to Richard, he still remember our fav drinks! Sad that he is now transfer to the Marketplace but happy that he still do extra hours at the Atrium when we visit Pan Pacific last week.
Second GEMS to Michael, we simply love any drinks that he create.
Third GEMS to Leslie, her sweet smiles always bright up your long day.

Best place to unwind after long day work!

The Pan Pacific Singapore, Marina is one of the best places I have been so far. Good situation, very friendly stall, -specially the people at the pool-, and an absolutely extraordinary Breakfast Buffet !!! One small "B-Moll": the (spectacular, inside panoramic) elevators… sometimes it seems you wait for ages… I wonder if a better programming could help. But otherwise: Fabulous !

Room Tip: all rooms are good, I think, the higher the better. But…the elevators take time to come

We where here for a two day work conference, i stayed in the hotel for week.

The buffet, lunch an dinner was great, I had all breakfasts here and most lunches, and did not get boared of the food.
They hotel staff was very acommidating for late check outs, and everything that they should have been good at.
The hotel just delivered.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed for 6 nights in December 2013.
The first three nights the air conditioning system in our room was problematic. First it was noisy with rattling metal-like sound. We called the hotel technician to fix it and it went away, but then the next day the temperature got really warm and we could not do anything from the panel in the room. We then again asked the technician to come, apparently fixed, but the rattling metal sound returned. It got really annoying calling hotel technicians almost every evening.

Every morning throughout our stay, we had to queue to get seated for breakfast, as well as to get food from different counters in the EDGE restaurant. On average, it took us 15-20 minutes every morning to get seated. It felt like dining experience in a busy food court - definitely not enjoyable. Staff also seemed stressful.

Initially I was impressed by the way the hotel contacted us prior to our arrival. Their Guest Care Services Agent sent us an email several days prior to our arrival, suggesting us to upgrade to their Harbour Studio - which we did because we required space for extra bed for our daughter, getting our ETA and other details.
Upon arrival, however, despite we arrived five hours later due to flight delay, extra bed was surprisingly not ready. Front desk seemed not having any idea when we mentioned the extra bed. Since we arrived past midnight, by the time the extra bed was arranged in our room, it was nearly 01h00 in the morning.

We sent a complaint note to the hotel and they wrote back after we left, offering complimentary access to their Pacific Club on our next stay. Nice gesture - but they should have known that we have a child who is under 12 years old and not allowed in the Club.

The only rather good thing is that the hotel is well-located to several Singapore's attractions and connected to shopping malls. But there are many other five-star hotels in the neighborhood.

All-in-all, our stay at the Pan Pacific Singapore was not as pleasant as we expected. It did not worth our money.
