Hard to rate this hotel as the service was prompt, courteous and professional, but the room left so much to be desired.

Checkin was prompt (we were first in line) but they had to search a bit for a room. We stayed three nights on Hilton Honors free room certificates. This did not seem to affect our treatment at all. We were accorded Executive Lounge access and free internet because of my Diamond status.

The room was spacious enough. The bed was a meter off the floor (perhaps normal in Singapore) on a blond wood frame and flanked by two dark mahogany accent tables that certainly did not qualify as bedside tables. A comfortable arm chair sat in a far corner next to a wobbly floor lamp that could be turned on by the master panel located beside the bed! A large desk (perhaps of walnut) was accompanied by two chairs that are best discribed as Ikea armed dining chairs. Not at all comfortable and certainly not amendable to work at the desk. The desk had a hard wired internet acces, but not one electrical outlet! Next to the desk, below a large flat panel TV, was a strange knotty pine combination storage and entertainment unit. The unit had audio/video inputs, and a single 112V multiple connector electrical outlet. In a drawer immediately below was the hair dryer and a mirror. Since there were no outlets in the bathroom, other than for a shaver, this is the only place to dry and style hair while sitting on one of the Ikea chairs. But using the dryer tripped a circuit breaker.

A small nook held a minibar, a tea kettle and a coffee maker that used a kind of cartridge. An ample supply of tea bags and coffee were provided. As well, creamer and sugar. We asked that the minibar be emptied so that we could store medicine. No problem.
The bed was comfortable enough but everything else about the room simply fell short of acceptable.

The bathroom was spacious and every surface was marble. Two walls and the door had mirrors allowing inspection of the body from several angles after a shower. A large tub and separate shower were very useful. Amenities were high quality and ranged from the usual shampoo to a comb and razor.

The Executive Lounge, located on the top floor, was quite small, but never overcrowded. The offerings at breakfast, afternoon tea and evening hordourves were ample and usually delicious. We never purchased a meal during our stay! Staff were invariably gracious, friendly and professional.

The hotel is located across the street from a large shopping mall and a short walk from the marina and assorted tourist attractions.

We're due to arrive very late only one night stay, so there is no use to other hotel service. Hotel location is very convenient, the surrounding is the hotel zone, close to Metro station. The restaurant bar street is just outside the hotel, meals have mass in the adjacent shopping mall, shopping malls daily necessities supermarket also convenient to buy 7/11. The hotel has a small gift to the children, breakfast is also no additional charge, is a surprise. The hotel restaurant is early OSCAR restaurant, but found no special. The hotel offers free newspaper. Compared with other hotel, next to friends would recommend Conrad Hotel. Hotel interior design is more comfortable, the lobby is not particularly large but the warm feeling.

Business travel on this visit and stayed for a week a tthe Conrad in Singapore. Felt very comfortable, and staff would greet me by name. Great facility and very comfrortable overall. The hotel is well located to shopping, restaurants and accesss to teh business district by car or MRT.

Excellent location; superlative service and amenities; Ideal Business Hotel in Singapore; Great views of the city and marina bay..from the higher floors..special mention to the Jogger's refreshment station...the experience is made special by the amazing and helpful staff who go to great lengths to make every detail perfect...kudos!

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out the service was the best we’ve ever experienced. When we pulled up in the taxi our doors were opened for us, luggage removed from the boot and taken care of, and a staff member walked us straight up to the check in counter and we were immediately checked in. Our luggage arrived at our room the same time we did.

We personally found the location of the hotel to be excellent. It was walking distance to many of the attractions we wanted to see in Singapore.

The buffet breakfast was good but we’ve had better. I did however really enjoy the freshly squeezed juices. You just choose which fruit or combination of fruits you want and a lady makes it while you wait. Like all the service at this hotel, the service at the breakfast was outstanding. For example a waiter would have your plates cleared as soon as you had finished with them, and would constantly make sure everything was fine.

The swimming pool was large, clean and very nice to swim in. The swimming pool area was beautiful to spend some time there and relax. There were also waiters in attendance who would provide you with clean towels, chilled water or just about anything you wanted.

Although the rooms were spacious they were tired. This is the only negative. However, the service alone makes this a true 5 star hotel and we would not hesitate in staying here again next time we come to Singapore.
