I visited this hotel in my first visit to Singapore. The hotel is average... so the prices are reasonable more or less. The staff was neutral and services are ok. However, they helped us in arranging a guide for our daily tours. Behind the hotel building, there are some shops, where you can eat some of Singapore specials and can have good deal in electronics, but beware of the duplicates.
Overall, a so-so experience for me.
