The hotel is literally a minute away from Farrer Park MRT (exit G). Budget hotel. But the room I stayed on the first night was quite dirty, especially the night stand and the TV cabinet which hadn't been dusted for more than a week. There was also hairs on the bed once you took out the duvet. The front desk was very helpful. I think just the housekeeping staff needs change. Also the mattress was a little "hollow" in the torso parts on the first night. But this was the case for room 303. The other room 403 I stayed was perfect. There was only 1 power socket that was in working besides the one connected to theTV. The staff also helped me with Universal studios tickets. For the money I paid, I think the service was great. Just the housekeeping staff that need real attention. I would recommend it for one night only.

I had a nice stay in this hotel. The rooms were good and the washroom was clean too. The corridors were okay. There is a lobby with tables and chairs on the ground floor offering a good view of the road and shops. The hotel is very close to Mustafa Centre, City Square Mall, Mosque Anguilla and Little India. There are plenty of restaurants nearby both for vegetarians and non vegetarians. There are plenty of shops too in close proximity. The hotel servers free breakfast consisting of Indian and Continental dishes strictly between 8 am and 10 am only. All dishes are vegetarian except for eggs. There are a variety of dishes to choose from. The housekeeping staff clean the rooms daily and the 24 hour reception staff are very helpful as well. Each room has a private bathroom along with air conditioning, a small refrigerator and a TV. The furniture is a bit old fashioned though. It is a reasonably priced hotel in an expensive city like Singapore. Overall a pleasant experience!

Room tip: All the rooms are less noisy. Choose a room with a front view of the road, if possible.

The hotel was rated 2.5 stars.
The room is average. The shower room and toiler are in 1 room. There is no segregation. When you take a shower the toilet will also have a shower. the mugs in the room was dirty. The fridge is also dirty with stains. the TV cannot be connected to the main, because it only has a 2 pins plug. SIngapore is using the british standard, so it cannot connect without the earth pin.The cupboard is looked aged. and the TV cabinet is wearing out. I only will give it a 2 stars or below.

I stayed with my family (4 pax) for 4 nights in the month of May 2016. Located near to F.Park MRT, just opposite of Mustafa, lot of Indian hotels in Syed Alwi Rd, Komala vilas just opposite to the hotel & City square mall on opposite corner. Room had better space ( 2 double beds) but bathroom is pathetic with old fittings/tough to use.....breakfast is ordinary, taste is standard/poor and not much variety.....We booked & made payment online. Check-in and check-out took only few min... we are lucky to have early check in by 1030am against 200pm with any additional charges. Finally Hotel scores by its location & connectivity.

We had booked this place for 4 nights and were excited about our stay as the location was very good, right opp to Mustafa and you can access any place from their, but the rooms were horrible, not exaggerating, space was good in the room but so dirty, mattress were hard and smelling, sheets were dirty, bathroom so dirty with no faucet.
We tried booking other rooms but were no availability. Unfortunately stayed here.
Breakfast service- Buffet was just not acceptable, the servers were more ready to clear stuff even before you could take anything. no water was served. I would not recommend this place to anyone. rather pay a little high and stay elsewhere.

Only good factor was location. We stayed out maximum time.

Room tip: Avoid it... Bath sucks
