Good price for a budget hotel, location is good, just about 5-10 minutes walk to the MRT. Quite near to Raffles City mall & Bugis Junction/plus. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, which i was very happy about, just that the bed linens seems to be quite smelly and not clean.

Good location near MRT & Bugis Junction, it's not so easy to find the inn for the first time coz its gate is facing a small playground in a neighborhood but not along the road.

Quiet inn, it's exacly quiet, no noisy at all within the inn.

Good security, you'll need to ask the receptionist on the 2nd floor to use their secured card for permission before you go upstairs to your room above 2nd floor, it's seems a bit time-costed but anyway that makes our room secured and it may refuse sudden strangers or prostitutes come into the inn.

Room Tip: BTW, Wi-fi, coffee, tissue, complimentary cleansing/toothbush products & water are available in...

Econ inn, 5 min walk from bugis junction. This place is very accessible to all restaurants and malls in bugis. From authentic singaporean frood, Thai resto to fast food chains. name it, they have it in bugis. Econ inn is a small hotel with very limited space. I think everything is limited. Corridor, reception area, bathroom. Literally it's a small area for a family. Staffs are friendly and very prompt if you have requests . One thing that I didn't like is the way they clean the room,. When I checked the floor there was a dirty sock under the bed. The toiletries are very limited also, I told u all is limited. But location wise it is great. I think they have to improve their staffs in cleaning the rooms. Small is okay but dirty is way too disappointing.

At first if you take cab to reach this hotel via Beach Rd, you may need to walk to the back side of the building, because the entrance is at the behind of the Steamboat Restaurant. It not that hard to recognize the entrance as they already put sign/ guide to reach it. The lobby is at 2nd floor by lift. ( The lift got 2-side door, front and back)
But if you try to reach by Bus or Train/ MRT, you need to drop at Bugis Station, then exit from BHG/Bugis Junction Shopping Mall before crossing to opposite heading to Beach Road. Only 10-15 minutes walking distance.
The staff were very helpful, Check-in process only take a minute, then he show us our room, which located on same floor, near the counter. He also gave us air-purifier if we think the room too humid, we can use by spray it.
As the room we booked was Standard room. Only got a queen size bed, Flat LCD TV, cupboard with hanger, and table as make-up desk. Bathroom with shower (hot & cold water) with toiletries and closet. The bathroom only separated with glass, not a problem for couple.
The room aircon is good, cold enough to counter tropical weather.
The good point is hotel located around food & shopping area, so this is good for those who drop by to hotel for rest and continue for shop whole day in Singapore.

Room Tip: If travel with family or bring lots of luggage, you may choose Deluxe room

this hotel is located between 5 mins walk from the bugis junction, where is also the nearest mrt located. Across the pathway to the nearest mrt, you can see lots of middle restaurants, cafes and convenience store, but that is not considered as slump area. So, basically the hotel is well located.
The room is very small, perhaps only about 6-9m2. You have to stop by the lobby and ask for room access instead of directly go to your room as there are security system in the lift which prompt you to do so. The price is quite high for such tiny space, but considering its in singapore and the convenient location, after all i think they got reasons to put those price tag.

me and my spouse decided to only stay here one night.

our room in 6th floor, it was humid and a little bit smelly.
it seems like the linen was not changed, we both felt itchy when we sat on the bed.
we could not stand more. checked in at 7 pm, went around Bugis area till 12am and we had early check out at 6 am.

more, its location was not too good too. it's 3 blocks from nearest MRT station, Bugis.
overall, we did not enjoy our stay here.

Room Tip: had early booking from their website to get discount.
