We love staying at Bliss. Yes the rooms are quite small, but for the price, location and friendly staff, you can't go wrong. We get a family room each time and it's perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. TV in both rooms, free Handy mobile phone with free phone calls to Australia and fast wifi. We had to change rooms this stay due to a problem with our first room, but they were more than accommodating. Great location with lots of food choices nearby and Chinatown MRT across the road. Easy to get to. The rooms are clean, though the bathroom could use a little bit of TLC. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay in Singapore thanks to Bliss Hotel. We have stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room on the 5th Floor for two nights. The room is clean, spacious, no water leaking from the shower room, and comfortable beds. The staff were extremely helpful and would always try their best to make our stay comfortable. For example, we find that our room AC is not that cooling, we told them about the problem and they gave us an extra key card to keep the AC running and also let us try out another room AC if it was more cooling for us, if yes, we could change our room. In the end, we felt that there were not much difference and decided to stick to our original room but the extra key card helped to make our room cooler.

Besides the AC, another slight downside is that there are no lift until the 5th floor. The lift is until the 4th floor and would need to take a flight of stairs up to the 5th floor. Suggestions to have more electric sockets. We 'found' two electric sockets behind the table but only one is working.

We are on a budget and it is our 3 year visiting Singapore.
The Hotel is well situated for quick access to the subway and to Chinatown.
We enjoy our stay.
The room we reserved had no window and on the first floor.
It was quiet and very clean. we are not in Singapore to spend time in the room.
A good night sleep is what we want and is what we got.
