Hotel staff is super friendly. Room is quiet and clean. Bed is comfortable and room size is just nice for 1 person. Rain shower is awesome but whole bathroom will be wet whenever shower is turned on. Room doesn’t come with breakfast, food is available around the hotel. Very accessible. Hotel also provide a free phone for easy connectivity. Just be sure to handle with care.

The hotel is smack bang in the middle of China town and next to the metro station. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the extra touches such as the free mobile device with internet which was free to use for the duration of our stay, which was great for getting about. A really nice service was the baggage storage and shower room which as we had a late flight, meant we could check out then go out and enjoy this beautiful city for another day then come back and freshen up before our flight.

We love staying at Bliss. Yes the rooms are quite small, but for the price, location and friendly staff, you can't go wrong. We get a family room each time and it's perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. TV in both rooms, free Handy mobile phone with free phone calls to Australia and fast wifi. We had to change rooms this stay due to a problem with our first room, but they were more than accommodating. Great location with lots of food choices nearby and Chinatown MRT across the road. Easy to get to. The rooms are clean, though the bathroom could use a little bit of TLC. We will definitely stay here again.
