This colorful building has been well mentioned on previous review. I got a chance to see it when visiting Clake Quay. It is good photography spot during twilight. I change my shooting direction time to time from Clarke Quay to this building.
It is worth visiting whenever close by this area.

This is the old Hill Street Police station with would otherwise be a quite boring and drab looking building if they hadn't painted the doors and windows in such vivid colours. So I think this building is fabulous and is now famous for it's look. The only thing you can do here is walk past it and admire it, which is exactly what we did.

Simply can’t miss this lovely colourful building which was previously the old Hill Street police station.

This was the largest government building then when it was erected in 1934.

In 2000, it became the building with the colourful windows.

If you are interested in the history of this building, there are plaques and pictures in the area that will help.

Nice to see and take a photo, especially at night. Located by the rive and Clarke Quay and also near the Fire Station

It might bring happiness. It might be boring. It may tear a hole in the fabric of the universe.

We'll never know, because investors don't like risk, and colours are risky.

The British civic feel, and the playful peranakhan colours make this one of the most recognisable, photographed and captivating buildings in the country.

It was made to last, and continues to let us dream. To tear.

Rip and tear.
