I had one of the best broths I've ever had in Singapore at this place. The Ajitama-uma ramen came with thick, heady broth redolent of porky goodness. The depth of flavor contained in that one bowl was just astounding. It's as good as (or better than) <famous ramen place>'s bonito tonkotsu broth. The slice of pork it was served with was melty and smoky, the egg had molten yolk, and the menma (bambo shoots) were tender yet crunchy. That was an almost perfect bowl. The noodles are the straight, thin type, cooked to perfection: bouncy. If the noodles had been thicker it would have been crowned my #1 bowl of ramen in Singapore. I'll be back to try other stuff on the menu.
I had the boiled dumplings (sui gyoza) on the side. It was bouncy and there's a good ratio of meat to wrapper, but the filling was a little underseasoned.
