I had one of the best broths I've ever had in Singapore at this place. The Ajitama-uma ramen came with thick, heady broth redolent of porky goodness. The depth of flavor contained in that one bowl was just astounding. It's as good as (or better than) <famous ramen place>'s bonito tonkotsu broth. The slice of pork it was served with was melty and smoky, the egg had molten yolk, and the menma (bambo shoots) were tender yet crunchy. That was an almost perfect bowl. The noodles are the straight, thin type, cooked to perfection: bouncy. If the noodles had been thicker it would have been crowned my #1 bowl of ramen in Singapore. I'll be back to try other stuff on the menu.

I had the boiled dumplings (sui gyoza) on the side. It was bouncy and there's a good ratio of meat to wrapper, but the filling was a little underseasoned.

The restaurant is located just next to Orchard Parade Hotel which is not clearly visible however this is a hidden treasure for Ramen Lovers.

This restaurant serves Homemade Ramen Noodles freshly made in house. Their menu has 6 kinds of Ramen dishes and about 4 or 5 kinds of rice dishes but each of them looks amazing so you might get confused about your selection.

One of their speciality is Ajitima-Uma which is Pork flavoured Shoyu soup Ramen. But my favourite is Kara-Uma which is the same but spicy. On addition, you can always order extra toppings of your choice such as Eggs, seaweed, spring onion, bamboo shoots, corn or Thick-cut flamed Pork slices.

The prices are between 13.50 to 19.50 which is a bit expensive, but after visiting Singapore for many times, I am not surprised.

All dishes taste good and you definitely want to come back to this place. When it comes to service, I never had issues.

Small, quiet restaurant next to Orchard Parade Hotel.
Their Ajitama Uma ramen is absolutely amazing. Roast pork with flavorsome pork soup, egg and bamboo and other ingredients.
Comes in large and small size. Good value for money, and we've never seen the restaurant crowded.

Came here at the recommendation of a friend. Seems new, from the reviews here. Ordered their in-house special ramen. The noodles came, and we were about to tuck in, and i actually dipped my chopsticks in, when suddenly the waiter and manager rushed over and said it was sent to the wrong table! Huh? They took the bowls away, and instead of binning them in the kitchen, re-delivered them to the next table! Didn't they see my chopsticks going in?!?

Ours came a few minutes later and we made sure they didn't come from another table. The noodles were ok, we were just a little shocked from what happened. Not sure i'd return
