Came by to Redhill Food Centre for breakfast.

Decided to have Indian food. Ordered two plain pratas.

They were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. With some mutton curry on the side.

Its good!

This is my regular prata stall and I come here every couple of weeks.

I tried a new prata option: Egg Plaster Prata. Essentially this was a egg fried on the stove and then the plain prata is then placed atop the egg and cooked. This is like eating a sunny side egg on top of a plain prata. You still get to eat the yolk and whites of the egg seperately.

I also ordered a plain prata to go with it, to fill me up.

The curry was chicken curry and it went well with the prata.

Thumbs up!

This is my regular stall that I patronise whenever I have a prata craving.

The stall stands at a corner of the Redhill hawker centre and it always have a long queue of 6 - 8 people queuing for their prata.

I chanced upon them one day and have not looked back.

My favorite order is onion prata with egg plaster. This cost $1.80, but trust me, its good.

The prata is made right in front of your eyes and nothing beats freshly made food!

First, there's flipping of the dough, which is then stretched, followed by scattering of sliced onions and cut chilli. The prata dough is then folded into a square and put onto the griddle. When the prata has browned on both side, an egg is cracked on the griddle and the prata is placed over it.

On some days, you have an option of fish curry. The mutton curry is good too.

I highly recommend eating there, 'cos you get to enjoy crispy prata, while the takeaway ones will be soggy, due to the moisture due to condensation.

Must-try!
