“My favourite Char Kway Teow”
Reviewed 6 January 2014

I grew up eating from this stall and even though many years have passed, the char kway teow has always been delicious and just as shiok as ever. The char kway teow is moist and piping hot, its noodles are infused with the flavours of lard, chinese sausages, cockles and the various sauces added to produce this heavenly combination. As a proud Singaporean, this is what Singapore char kway teow is all about.

“It may kill you but it's delicious”
Reviewed 15 December 2013

They say the fried kway teow is "to die for" and #18's may help you on your way because the cook says it's essential to cook it in lard! Chinese sausage, cockles, kway teow (flat rice & egg noodles), bean shoots, and fish cake make this speciality a must on your Singapore culinary exploration. You may find a long queue and I think they're closed on Monday's. Goes well with Singapore's ABC Stout if you can find it.
Note that this at an outdoors "hawker" centre/food court.
