In Singapore , there are few turtle soup restaurants. I had visited this restaurant many times.The turtle meat, skin and innards of the turtle are used in the soup. Soft-shelled turtles such as Pelodiscus sinensis are commonly consumed in this manner in Chinese cuisine.The Herbal Turtle Soup here is pleasantly light and herbal flavours. It might taste good . If you want more wine, there is special rice wine available . According to the Chinese doctor, if you make turtle soup with the herbal, the benefits are detoxing, maintaining a good circulation & yin-yang balance. During the recently visited, beside the turtle soup, I also tried the Roast Pork and Char- Siew . The Homemade Tofu (Bead curd) with Mixed Mushroom and Trio eggs with Chinese spinach . We really enjoyed the foods! The quality of the food was good. And I enjoyed the convenience, to be able to sit comfortably in the restaurant and savour the best The staffs are kind and helpful. Next time, we will visit the restaurant again, we will trying the Live oyster with salted egg yolk ,Crocodile Tail and meat ,Signature Chilli Crab and many others food.
