Your average place to stay for a few nights.. Do not expect high standards. Tried staying for 2 nights and what some other reviews said was true. Firstly, the smell, which i believed is coming from the aircon. (Need to clean the inside). And there is abit of ants near the bed headboard above sticking on the wall. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Hotel 81 Sakura may be a 2-star hotel, but the service and hospitality level gets five stars from me! If given the opportunity, I would like to come back and book my stay at this hotel once again! Hpefully soon!

The toilet don't have toilet paper, only toilet tissue......And some of the staff is not really friendly n approachable I mean no smile. Probably the one who wear Brown clothing without tie.... Beside the unpleasant experience mentioned above, overall still okay.

My room no 205 I am very happy to stay in Hotel 81 Sakura.
I stay in Hotel 81 Sakura since year 2016 due to my house in renovation.
The room was very clean n on occasion the room look very dusty. In the event the staffs Steven n Shou Chiang was very efficient to help tidy up the room for me.
For other occasion Ibrahim also help to bring water to me n also the room door the closing not so good yet he also help me to call the technician guy attend immediately.
Other occasion Adrain very courtesy n polite each time I walk in to Hotel 81 Sakura he is always stand by to greet me n my husband. He is a very humble person.
I will continue to stay but sad to say that your Hotel 81 Sakura there is no car park. Since 2016 I have been paying the car park very stress. Hopefully I can have a parking place is much better.

I had stayed in family room for 4 pax. Room and facilities are adequate and the most important is very cheap for 4 pax. Hotel location can not access by MRT (1.5 km from MRT) but still acceptable. Bus stop is very near kust 3 min walk. Taking bus no. 33 is the best transport option for this hotel. There is 7-11 and laundry opposite hotel. Moreover, you can find foods in Dunnman food centre. Staffs are helpful also.

In a great location - very lively but obviously part of a red light district. This was not a problem for us but could cause problem for families? The rooms were very small and had no windows. This was not evident from the hotel description and I would not have booked there is I had known. There were bloodstains on my pillowcase which I had changed by the helpful staff. However when I woke in the morning I noticed more bloodstains on the sheets on both beds. We were in a hurry to leave the next day so I never got a chance to complain when I would probably have asked for a refund. I have since emailed the hotel and they have responded with an apology.
