When you go to an ethnic restaurant go to a establishment that is full of that ethnic group. Gayatri is definitively an Indian restaurant, because it was packed with the native people from India. Talking about authentic, yes for sure though it was a bit of a culture shock for my tongue. The mildest Bryani rice was still too much for my palate. I enjoyed more looking at the patrons who all ate with gusto the meals provided by the restaurant. I think it was en excellent restaurant but I need to get used to it. Butter chicken was excellent and that's what I consumed.
