Tall French windows look out to the Palm Court, flooding the interiors with natural light in the day. With an illustrious history and a myriad of awards bestowed through the years, Raffles Grill is well-regarded for its remarkable cuisine, fine wines and beautiful interiors. Raffles Grill now presents an international selection for guests, from premium cuts, contemporary French creations to full degustation menus. On Sundays, partake in an array of the finest seasonal ingredients prepared with creative flair. Indulge in endless fresh seafood, hearty live carvings, charcuterie and desserts, along with your choice of our recommended entree option. This luscious semi buffet Sunday Champagne Brunch experience is complemented by exquisite Billecart-Salmon champagne. Raffles Grill will be closed from the middle of August 2017 as part of our restoration programme and is slated for a grand reopening in the middle of 2018, along with the rest of the hotel.

Raffles grill has great ambience and service staff but the food came out short. We had the tasting menu and most of the dishes were over salted and hard to eat. We gave feedback but subsequent dishes were still oversalted. Its a shame really as we came with high expectations but went away shaking our heads.

The location is historic, the ambiance exquisite, the food excellent and the service impeccable. It is not inexpensive, which is not surprising when you consider the surroundings, but the experience is well worth while. We will go back for sure.
The famous afternoon tea (in the Hotel restaurant) was also very good, but extremely expensive and was rather a procession of food and drink without much excitement.

Beautiful surroundings and the objective was to have a singapore sling, which was fine. Afterall i'm not really a fan of sweeter drinks. Ordered a second drink at the bar that was great. Enjoyed the people watching and the staff was kind and courteous.

We HAD to visit for the Singapore Sling but although it was nice, it wasn't the best I'd had. Yes, I loved the elegant surroundings, the few sandwiches were very pleasant and the staff most polite and helpful but I just feel we paid way over the top for it. The total cost came to more than we paid for a full three-course meal with wine in a nearby excellent restaurant. So I did enjoy my visit immensely but it was really for a one-off.

After drinking a singapore sling (beste one in town in raffles hotel !) we had dinner in the raffles grill. The service was very professional and the food excellent. The stake was cooked to perfection and one of the best ever. Also the fish was very, very nice. We took wine by the glas and that was the only negative. The quality was below par.

Overall and excellent experience but quality has it price !
