We stayed in Hotel Opapa Juan for one night and it was too long! It was a very cold hotel. It was cold physically and personally. Even though it was down in the 30’s F at night the heat was turned on very shortly in the morning. Although we speak a little Spanish, the matron showed little patience with us or attempted her own meager English skills and basically ignored us. Other guests were treated much more warmly and with enthusiasm. Also, the road out front is a main artery for traffic, and the noise from the traffic was very disturbing as well as the noise from any faucet being turned on, toilet being flushed or the walking of another guest anywhere in the hotel. This is not 3* establishment. AVOID!
