Stayed here with a few friends. They were here on business and i joined for a long weekend to visit the wineries and look around Santiago. The location is ok, fairly easy access to the downtoen area where the sights are. The restaurants in the area are in the upper price range mostly, nothing cheap if that's what you are looking for. The gym at the hotel is small , but sufficient-there is at least one bike, a couple of treadmills, etc. Breakfast was fantastic for the price. Overall, a great, clean, and quiet hotel.

We spend three nights (weekend) in a suite (9th floor), very well equipped, without a good view, the room need some update or refresh, cause it smells a little oldie. Breakfast(7/10) is in the rooftop with an incredible view, you can take it inside or outside, a small pool with a solarium in the same floor.Good staff. About location, its very good, walking distance to costanera center(an ok and new mall), and a block from Isadora Goyenechea (street) where you can find a lot of restaurants and bars, 10 min by car to Parque Arauco mall. Enjoy Santiago.

Room Tip: choose suites in upper floors

Hotel is located in the what we understood to be a high brow area of Santiago. It bustles with numerous dining and shopping opportunities, all within walking distance of the hotel. There are 2 metro stops within 5mins walk from the hotel as well.

Hotel accommodation is in the form of suites, with separate dining and sitting areas, with a small kitchenette. This makes it easy to self-cater should one wish to. Rooms are clean and cleaning staff are meticulous. Convenience stores are close by to replenish cooking stock. But, as there are many fantastic restaurants close by, and all at really affordable prices, eating in is not worth the effort.

Hotel has free wifi, complementary breakfast was adequate, hotel staff were extremely helpful. The pool was well heated and good. The terrace on the 17th floor offers a great panoramic view over Santiago.

Overall, enjoyed staying here.

Room Tip: Most of the rooms on the street facing side might be overlooked by neighbouring apartment buildings. This is not a bad thing in itself and unsure if something can be done about it, except ensuring to keep blinds drawn at all times. But worth asking the reception staff about this at time of check-in.

We haven't seen a single bad thing. Everything perfect. The terrace, where breakfast is served, has an amazing view of the Cordillera. The bar downstairs was a plus to finish night enjoying a 12 y ballantines. The room had a small kitchen and a living room. The staff was great in calling the vinas nearby to schedule wine tastings. Cleaning staff also amazingly polite. Definitely our destination in our visits to Santiago.

The rooms are, from what I can tell, all suites, with separate living room area with dining area and kitchenette, then a separate bedroom, bath area - just lots of space. High quality furnishings and decor. The breakfast area on the top floor is excellent, with breathtaking views of the Andes ain the distance and modern buildings in the foreground. Location was central, but on a quiet side street, so really ideal.
