Stayed 5 nights at the hotel following a recommendation from a Chilean. I decided to try it given that it is located in Las Condes, and most meetings where to happen In that district.
From the moment I arrived I learned that you are better off badly located but appreciated. I had reserved 5 nights and requested an early check-in for the arrival date. I came in at 7:00 to the front desk and was greeted by a charming young lady who had me fill in the paperwork. When I requested the key she said that the room wasn't available because of the time. I argued my early check in request to which she replied that it would be available if I were to pay extra. Nice contradiction. I agreed. Needless to say that I accepted the extra charge which at check out I saw that it corresponded to another's night charge. They didn't even clean the room that day. So they basically pocketed $200 at my expense.
The rooms are too big but the bathroom is inappropriate with a bath tub requiring hiking boots to get in and out.
The shower works as an old pay phone. With automatic timer. After a couple of minutes the shower valve shuts off and water flows through the bath tub faucet.
The TV is too small, a mere 27" with a terrible cable system that barely offers CNN.
Breakfast is average but definitely too simple for a $200 a night hotel.
The restaurant on the first floor is good and nice looking.
Internet is free, but then you see why. Even though it works all over the place it is the minimum bandwidth standard making even sending emails a tiring activity.
Definitely a waste of money and effort. The holiday inn up the street is much better and a bit cheaper. Not worth it in any aspect. Not even the spectacular views from the 17th floor restaurant.

First of all, everything is expensive in Chile. Prices are inflated and values are low----for everything. It's an incredibly inflated economy where you get very little value for your money. So don't be shocked at the prices of everything. With that said, this is a very good hotel. The rooms are nice, modern and clean. There is an excellent breakfast buffet and excellent service. The staff is friendly and helpful and and many of them speak English. Good hotel.

Great choice! Awesome staff with plenty of English speakers. My daughter and I stayed in a twin suite on the 9th floor. It was spacious and really comfortable. Couldn't hear a sound at night. Very good and safe location. The staff helped us get around the city. Taxis are expensive but the subway is very safe and only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

I first found this hotel following travallers ratings, and I have to say: they are right.
I stayed there for 2 nights only, but very good in all aspects.
Peolple on the check in and on the check out were efficient and freindly.
The room I stayed was amazing, very large with small kitchen, living room and bedroom. Bathroom also large. Nice bed.
The brekfast was amazing on the top floor, with a breathtaking view and the Andeans. Also good options.
Swimming pool also on the top floor.
Good internet connection, free parking for the car.
It was a perfect weekend.

It was my first stay in this hotel. I booked a suite and stayed for a week. Everything was to my satisfaction. The staff friendly, efficient and eager to help. The room was specious and clean. The breakfast was served on the 17th floor where you had an excellent view of the Andes and the surrounding buildings. The area is the best in Santiago. Excellent restaurants and Metro station and Costanera Center within walking distance. Definitely on my short list of hotels in Santiago.

I was staying in this hotel for few night at end of May on my trip to Easter Island. Hotel was recommended by American Express. This is really great hotel. it has modern look, modern amenities. My room was facing street, but it was not any street noise because of modern windows. Considering that its a new building construction just across the street, I had no problem with construction noise. Room was very spacious and sparkling clean. I arrived very early in the morning and the hotel staff have room ready for me without extra charge. Internet worked very well. Look from window - construction site below - majestic snow covered mountains above. View from 17 floor restaurant - snow covered mountains. Breakfast in this restaurant was of good quality and good selection. 17 floor pool has fantastic view.
Friendly English speaking staff arranged all my excursion and timely trip back to airport.
Neighborhood is one of the most safe in Santiago. Citibank a block away and I cannot count number of restaurants around. One even became my favorite - Pinpinpasha (Spanish food).
This hotel really deserve top marks.

Room Tip: Upper floors for a good view
