Very good and informative free tour. Franco was very friendly and easy to understand. He was very helpful and gave lots of good advice/tips for the city.

We had built up high expectations for the tour because of the excellent reviews and becasue it was so close to where we were staying in santiago. First thing that should be clearer is that the tour is not free but instead they were very pushy with the amount of money you should pay for the tour. We had Felipe who seemed like a nice guy, wasnt really interested in talking to the group and seemed to be rattling the information off to ge the tour over with. We were a bit offput by the price and his attitude and decided to leave around half way through.

We randomly met Franco at the Plaza de Armas right before he started the tour. We decided to join the walk and it was great!! He was very knowledgeable, funny, and pleasant. We were so impressed with his tour that it inspired us to extend our time in Santiago.

Our guide Franco was excellent with the perfect balance of information, history, facts and humour. Best way to get to know the city on arrival and it finishes in the lively neighbourhood of Bellavista. Also stops in a great café for lunch. Excellent English

I had this tour led by Antonio who is very helpful and professional. He showed us the beautiful architecture, neighborhoods. It's four hours definitely worth spending. It was a foggy day yesterday and I can imagine it would be amazing if the weather is better.
