We were in Chili, Argentina, Uruguay for a month and this is one of the best places we ate. It has only been open for a few months. It is very clean, the owner speaks passable English and they are very accommodating. Our guide , from Austria, was in Santiago for a week and he ate there 7 times. We ate there 3 times in 3 days. The ceviche was the best we've had. The choupa shrimp soup ($12) was excellent and we couldn't finish the portion. The fish dishes with seafood sauce were excellent. Ask for fresh mango juice or whatever fresh juice they have. They are only a couple of blocks from the main square so very convenient. We were always too full to order dessert as portions are large. Pisco Sours were also a must.
