beautiful rooms....upscale neighborhood....great massage at the spa....concierge gave lovely dinner recommendations but the line was long to get to the desk due to many check-ins. Service just OK>>>

I stayed one night with my wife as a quick getaway. The following day was a national holiday, but the sfaff chose to barge into the room twice, before 9 a.m., to check the minibar and service the room. They knocked once and quickly opened the door, and I had to jump out of bed to keep them from entering. This happened twice within twenty minutes. Later that day, we had the buffet breakfast, which was below the standard of much cheaper hotels in Santiago, with few choices and lackluster service. Finally, I had checked by phone before arriving that parking was included in the price, but the front desk disputed this upon checkout. They finally gave us the free parking, but only after grumbling that I was "confused".Overall, we were not impressed.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while in Santiago. Loved the area and there are numerous restaurants to walk to in the evening. Excellent service with all employees at the hotel from the moment we arrived. Our stay included breakfast which was wonderful and the service was very attentive. The rooms very so comfortable and quiet. If in this area again, we would definitely stay at this lovely hotel.

The location is good and bad. Its right in front of the metro stop which is very convenient, but if you are looking for nightlife, you wont find much within walking distance of the hotel since its in the business district. Concierge and front door staff are excellent. The concierge even made a reservation for us after we had checked out of the hotel. The pool on the roof is nice, with good views. The rooms are standard Ritz, with very comfortable beds. Internet and breakfast were included in our rate, otherwise totally not worth it if you were paying for it. The service at breakfast in the restaurant is horrible (as I came to find out was the service in most restaurants in Chile, but expecially so in the Ritz restaurant). You had to harrass the wiaters to pour you another cup of coffee (yet they were very quick to put the check on your table). They would take your plate and silverware and not replace the silverware (we would have to swipe the silverwear from the table next to us every time). The cost of the breakfast is also rediculous for what they offer. Overall a decent stay, but would head out of the hotel to eat.

4 of us recently stayed at the Ritz for a week. From the moment Israel greeted us from our cab, took us to the lounge for check in to when we checked out the service was fantastic.

Due to the included meals on the club floor we decided we would stay there. Wow! The concierges in the club lounge went out of their way to make anything possible. We had made reservations at Adra due to the menu item of the "9 Course Tasting" that was on the Ritz website, in the afternoon of the reservation we decided to check out the restaurant, unfortunately to discover they no longer offered this menu item. We spoke with Susana in the lounge, she said not to worry and she would take care of it. She came up to the pool moments later to find us and explain that the chef would accommodate our request. Arriving at supper, we had a personal menu printed with our selections for the night - The service in Adra was out of this world, as was the food!

If I am ever back in Santiago I will stay at the Ritz again, no questions asked!

Had a very pleasant stay here in Santiago, with service being impeccable. Decor of the room looked a little tired and old-fashioned to me, although the bed was still very comfortable and the bathroom fine. Pool/Roof terrace was a little underwhelming compared to the photos i'd seen, as its smaller than it looked but it was still very comfortable, with nice loungers, and in the late afternoon, it was easy to relax up there.
