We booked at this hotel to a trip through South America. Although I travel quite a bit, this was the first time at a Ritz-Carlton. The check-in at the club lounge level on the tenth floor was smooth and easy. As an Elite member we got an upgrade to a suite without any problems. (This is a big plus as I had to undergo nightmarish negotiations at other SPG/Marriott group branches in the past which even stopped me booking with them for a while.)
The club lounge was nice and spacious with a great view. They have different food and drinks on offer all day long and the service is very friendly.
The room was nice and well kept although the bathroom finish needs an update.
The cleaning lady was very thorough and efficient.
Check-out was straightforward and quick.
The only thing I didn’t like was that I asked for the bags to be taken down to the lobby at a certain time which never happened. So, we carried them down ourselves as our car was already waiting.
Altogether a very pleasant experience. We will book with them again.

Well located in Santiago, the hotel’s restaurant has great service and an interesting menu. The highlight is a rooftop spa and pool. For many of us this is a gateway hotel when you’re on your way to wine country, or Patagonia. Or Easter island. This Ritz is a fine hotel with very good service.

Stayed 3 nights after a trip in Chili and Bolivia.
Although we prefer a smaller boutique hotel, this was a nice place to stay.
Large room view a city view, clean and quiet for its location.
Room are decorated in a classic way, you can expect in this kind of hotel.
Room a top 5 star, but relaxing stay

Great breakfast and we also liked the restaurant with a nice waiter from Tuscany Italy

Reception was fast, but a bit unipersonal even arrogant. Very friendly Belgian girl at reception.

Would stay here again.

Visited this hotel at the beginning and end of a 10 day trip to Chile and appreciated it even more at the end of the journey. It’s well-located in the financial district of Santiago with several near by restaurants and amenities. Comfortable bed w high thread count linens, robes, washcloths (something of a rarity in other Chilean hotels). Only SNAFU was on registration; we were given a room that was already occupied. Thankfully the guest was not actually in the room when we entered.
I’d stay here again.

The rooms are luxurious and modern and the service is impeccable. On the club floor, they have breakfast and snacks for dinner. Club guests also have garment pressing included with their room rate. Highly recommended, but pricey
