This will also be my first and last stay at this hotel.

The employees at reception were very very good but hotel itself
needs a lot of sprucing up, A change of the linen would be well overdue.
And a general clean up also overdue. Rooms are small and dark and the
hotel is cold.

This was my first and last experience at this hotel.
Management is not the appropriated to and hotel like that. You can get some good service from some of employees but the manger looks had never been evolved on customer service.
The hotel has 2 towers; the one called “old tower” that had a 3x3 feed elevator … and the “New one” a little more comfortable.
My first room was a disaster (304)… “Old tower” No power connection for my laptop on the desk, water falling from the AC, the room smelled sweaty, very noisy, (Not noise insulated windows), small TV, very expensive internet, and of course the 6 US bottle of water. After a discussion I was change into a new room 317.
This one was better… I get power on the desk with out that smell, at that side of the building is not noise that the one before, After 2 minutes with 12 seconds the TV turn on… I complain about it but of course was like dust in the wind.. Nobody paid attention to that. One day we ask for a wake up call and they forgot it.. We arrive to work 1 hr late with 32 people waiting for us.
Breakfast is a regular one, is include on the room but you will be asked for tips all the time. By the way breakfast open at 7 am. If you need to leave early they will open it for you, but is a self service with just half to the options.

Room Tip: Ask for the new tower, They have smoking and not smoking rooms

I was there on dec/11 to jan/12. I rented a flat that belongs to the hotel As we are a 4 ppl family, there was 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen ( equipped),an extra room, balcony and a big living room.with TV and parking car. The most important thing to say is that the price is lower than the hotel. And we had all the service included!

Room Tip: unit was about 60 mt2, market, stores, metro and restaurants around

Great location in Providencia, near good restaurants, shopping, and Metro. Decent, clean rooms with comfortable beds -- some rooms are larger than others and have a full desk, which is helpful if working in the room. Helpful staff. WiFi is expensive, as is the minibar (like everywhere) but there are small stores just outside you can use as an alternative. Restaurant breakfast was disappointing. However, I would stay there again, mainly for the location.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. This is not a large hotel with 5 floors, neat, comfortable and clean rooms. It is well located close to 2 metro stations, Los Leones and Pedro de Valdiva, and Providencia appears a quiet area but close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast is reasonably good, however, we were charged about US$6 a bottle of mineral water that had no price tag. Although there is a free use of 2 computers in the business area, the is a cost for Wi-Fi.

Room Tip: Choose a non-smoking room in level 4 facing the Guardia Viaja

A good hotel, organized, clean.
The staff has some attentive, others not as.
The location is good, safe, close to everything that a good residential neighborhood can offer.
There isn't a tourist district, agitated.
It's like the city really is.
The breakfast, follows the pattern of the country, Chile.
Quite unsuitable for the Brazilian flavor.
Coffee is not natural, but instant coffee, juices have much sugar , and no fresh fruit or yogurt.
