This is a beautiful park to spend the day. Walk around and doing a pic nic .the only problem is that there is not enough shadow to every body .
The trees are so young and little. If you are going during the summer weekends go early in the morning to catch a nice spot .

Really nice park with a good restaurant (Mestizo), Is is very small, but is good for a run, play with the kids (there are some flamingos, ducks, etc) and enjoy the sculptures.

This park was about a mile away from my hotel. Vitacura is a very nice city and I felt completely safe walking to the park, around the park and back to the hotel. The park was filled with lots of birds.

The Bicentenario park is an amazing place, especially since it is very recent in the city's panorama. It is a very beautiful, large place with lakes and many resources for families to spend a whole day without worries. We did not have time to get to know the whole park because it was a sight-seeing tour, but I plan to return to the place when I return to Chile. Highly recommended.
