Staying in the Radisson we despaired of finding somewhere to eat that wasn't in the food court atmosphere of the Costanera shopping mall or paying the big hotel prices. Signore fitted the bill perfectly. Small, friendly and cosy, the prices were reasonable and the food excellent. The pizzas tasted light and crisp, properly Italian. Pasta dishes were good too, although they needed seasoning. Wine was also very good-we chose a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. There's no English translation of the menu, so bring a phrasebook. However, the waiting staff helpfully spoke more English than we spoke Spanish! The only drawback is the outside area faces onto the main road so it's pretty noisy and not very attractive-apart from this aspect, the restaurant would've had 5 stars.
