My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in October and I honestly can't rate it highly enough. We arranged an airport transfer as we arrived late evening about 9:30pm; on arriving at Casa Moro Walter offered us tea and coffee which was very welcome, but also brought out delicious home-made scones. Breakfasts were great, as was the dinner we had there - Marcelo is a great cook! Nothing was too much trouble - we had a tour one morning and asked if we could get a basic breakfast a little earlier than usual. This was no problem, and much more than we expected for 6:30am! Plus Walter offered to take us out to the airport for no more than the cost of a taxi at 5:30am to catch our flight.
The rooms are comfortable and stylish and the whole house is beautiful and a very relaxing place to stay, in a hectic busy city. As an animal lover the cats and dogs were an added bonus, with one cat (whose name I've forgotten) making itself comfortable on my lap from the start.
If I'm back in Santiago in the future I wouldn't think twice about staying here.
