My husband and I spent 2 nights in December with Walter and Marcelo at their Casa Moro B&B in Santiago at the end of our cruise through the Panama Canal and down the west coast of South America. We enjoyed the art throughout the house, the pets, the breakfasts (complete with homemade scones), their suggestions of restaurants and places to visit, and easy access by walking to the Presidential Palace Square to buses, the metro, and taxis. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Only negatives for us were the stairs and coming up with $260 U.S. or 130000 Chilean pesos, in cash, to pay for lodging instead of being able to use a credit card.
