Being a New Yorker who knows good pizza, Rocco's has no business calling itself "New York Style Pizza". Actually, it gives New York pizza a bad name. We decided to try a new pizza place in the neighborhood, and were incredibly disappointed. We ordered the special of the day, which was a large pizza with two Chilean beers. We ordered the Palermo (mushrooms, black olives and ham). Most, if not all, were canned ingredients, There was barely any sauce and a crust which I don't even know how to describe because it was that bad. We took two slices to go and offered it to a stray dog, who picked off the ham and left the rest. You are better off going to a supermarket and buying a frozen pizza.
