If you dont feel confortable with bad smells and everything in your life needs to be organized and tidy this is not the place for you to go. But if you dont care about that and you like to see how real people live in a city like Valparaiso you have to go there. To smell the fishy air, the size of some of the seafood (all fresh but in warm days they "start cooking" in open air!) and to have a nice portion of Paila marina with a bottle of local white wine, all in all for 5/6 euros, fresh and superb! A must in this romantic and decadent city!
