Adorable place with a delicious breakfast and clean rooms. The reception gave us great planning and dining advice and spoke English. The dining area and common room are both very welcoming. We would stay at Hotel Boutique Casa Vander again in a heartbeat.

This was a beautiful little find, the hotel is in a fantastic location in amongst some of Chile's finest street art. Situated high up the views are fantastic and the rooftop is divine!

Our room for 3 was spacious and very comfortable. I also loved the Art Deco shower and tiles. There were a range of great restaurants close by too!

Room tip: Be sure to go on the free street art tour which leaves from the fountain twice a day, you won't regret it!

Good option if available fo visit Valparaiso and stay in the heart of this museum city night life, room size was little but clean and comfortable enough, location tonthe back is not very good for the view and locals that gather to chat and drink over night but ess not much a problem for us, bed quailty was good, bathroom wss also small and we didn't try the breakfast but you can find very good places near by for a nice coffee and things to eat. Hotel is finishing a modificarion to add a piano bar an a restaurant insidr the hotel with an outside terrace to be innaurated for this new year celbratios ... as I indicated, is a good place in case is available considering similar options arround the sane city areas

Three of us stayed in a triple room. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really nice and we had a little patio with nice views. For even better views, check out the terrace on the rooftop! The staff was extremely nice, accommodating, and spoke English. They even called us one morning when we weren't planning on having the included breakfast to do a "last call" in case we wanted to come down. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because we were woken up early because if sawing and drilling noises coming from the construction the floor above us. I understand that they are doing maintenance and improvements, but I think they could have at least mentioned it to us beforehand. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay there and would recommend it to other people traveling through. It was a good value, especially in an area where things tend to be a bit overpriced as it.

Perfect, perfect location! So many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. And the VIEWS... wow. Do not miss out on the rooftop terrace! It has 360 degree views of the port and the colorful hills of Valparaiso. The hotel is beautiful and has a locked gate so only guests can come in & out. The staff was very professional and helpful. The first room I stayed in had a funny smell in the bathroom, I mentioned it to the staff and they upgraded my room free of charge. Both rooms I stayed in were very comfortable and cute. The hotel is right next to one of the oldest "ascensors" in the city as well. I would definitely stay here again. Will always remember those views!!!

Room tip: Be sure to check out the rooftop terrace!
