Chilean cooking is not great at flavour, but here they at least understand texture. Nice use of walnuts (mariposas) in the mash (pulpo). The rabbit was of the bleached-white, farm-fattened kind. I've been to Vinilo four times, and the rabbit's the best. No horse on the menu. They sell local beer, but unfortunately, it's not very good. A great example of intelligent, touristic cooking with a lovely atmosphere. The ice-cream, showcasing Chilean fruit, is outstanding.
