Francisco is awesome. He is very responsive, you can email him and he'll get back to you, will offer suggestions and is generally helpful. It also seems like he doesn't sleep as he was there when we arrived late and also when we were up early the next morning. He even prepared breakfast for us though it wasn't really his job. He definitely makes the difference!
Of note, this is a decent place if you need an overnight between flights as it isn't very far from the old airport. So, you can take the $8 bus from the new to the old airport and a short taxi here.
As far as the accommodations, they are overpriced relative to others. We stayed in a less expensive place in the heart of Quito that was cleaner and nicer though the rooms were smaller.
Also note that they say they accept credit cards, but they don't. So be prepared with cash.More
