Clean with an open air central court yard with chairs and couches outside the rooms to sit and enjoy. Bed was comfortable. Showers hot with the fantastic water pressure.
My room (208) had a constantly running toilet which absolutely drove me crazy. My fault for not saying anything but with a one night stay I decided not to bother. The only thing I will comment about street noise is you can hear it, but because I was here during the holidays and sick I don't think my perspective is typical.
Extra bonus points from me for having recycling, organic waste bins, and motion sensor lighting in the halls. No problems with wifi. For those who are traveling without computers they have 3 available for clients to use.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. They stored my bags for free while I was gone, helped me navigate the bus system, let me use there phone, and woke up early to prepare my breakfast at 6:15am for my 6:30am departure (normally breakfast is served at 8-10). Breakfast was good, scrambled egg with onions, tomate de arbol juice, coffee (decent), bread, cheese, marmalade.
