We stayed for 5 days. The hotel is efficient, and staff are helpful. As others wrote, it is not set up for business, and wifi is erratic.
Hotels often try to recommend guests to use their own cars and charge extra. In this hotel the doorman gets commissions from regular taxi drivers who pass by. A taxi stand was on the corner, and the doorman explained to us that the taxi from Quito to the airport would cost $30 rather than $25, as we had been told, because they would have to come up empty. Then the taxi driver wanted to know the name of the person to whom he should make the payment ! He finally broke down and told us that he must pay kickbacks to this hotel. We wrote a letter for him to give instead of the kickback.
So, be careful about this hotel. Go to the street and take a taxi or tell them that you are not paying the kickback.
