Our first night in Arequipa so we chose here - we were advised to book and it did fill up later. An Italian / Peruvian fusion sort of place set into the walls of the monastery. I had cannelloni but stuffed with Peruvian flavoured beef, my wife had slow roasted lamb - both were very good. Desserts were rich and filing. The staff were efficient, friendly and well organised.
