The cooking experience first involved visiting the open market and learning about Peruvian foods and we even got to taste local fruits. We then learned to cook in a fun and festive environment. Our 11 year old son also loved the experience. The instructors were great and our meal afterwards delicious. We even learned how to make Pisco sours. I would highly recommend anyone looking for unique and fun experience to take the class.

The workshop was really interesting : we learned how to cook ceviche and fried fish, then of course we ate it, and it was delicious!
The workshop lasted 2 hours, and costed 20$. Very good price for that quality!

The cooking course was good and as expected, although one of the people in our group had a stomach upset which the chef was aware of and he was still allowed to participate, which seemed concerning from a food safely point of view. Additionally my husband and I also booked the market tour, when we turned up to attend the market tour, we were told it was cancelled as the other people who had booked had not turned up. No apologize was given nor any advance warming that this would occur.

Thanks for the review. Unfortunately the market tour needs at least 6 passengers to start. And there were not enough that day. We will try to explain this condition clearly. And please accept my excuses for the inconvinience you had. Hope you are doing Peruvian Food in your country with your friends or family. That s the reason of this activity!

The cookery experience was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon after having an explore of the lovely city in the morning. It was certainly different to the many museums we had been to and I would really recommend having a go! I did it with my brother and both enjoyed it equally! We met several other people with an interest in cooking, made and ate a traditional Peruvian starter (causa) and main (lomo saltado). It was so much fun and very tasty! One of the best bits was learning presentation to make the meals look as amazing as they tasted! We have even cooked the dishes and made pisco sours for others on our return home with delightful reactions!
The setting was beautiful and staff very friendly.

I have done a number of cookery courses in different counties, and this has to be the best one I've come across. Lovely staff, market tour very interesting and pisco sour lesson lots of fun! If you leave your email they'll send you a link to recipes and photos the next day. Excellent value for money!
