“Quality service and comfort”
Reviewed 4 October 2011

We returned to this hotel twice after various excursions in Peru. Without a doubt it was fantastic from beginning to end. Excellent and friendly service from all the staff and really comfortable rooms with cosy beds and bedding. Little extras like special toiletries just added to the comfort. As a family of four, we stayed in the suite with a great jacuzzi, lots of cupboard space and strong wifi.

We had to stay in another hotel in Cusco for one night as the Maytaq was full and for more money it was half as nice! This is a gem in an excellent location!

This is absolutely where you want to stay if you are looking for a great experience.

This small boutique hotel is quiet, thoughtfully designed, and beautiful. Comfortable beds and hot powerful showers.

The staff is friendly, available for help 24-7, and knows their stuff.

HIGHLY recommended.

Although they are listed as a Bed and Breakfast they are more of a hotel. Bed and Breakfast or Hotel this is the place you want to stay. They bend over backwards to accommodate all your request and last minute changes to make your stay as amazing as possible. The rooms are clean, comfortable and big. The roof has beautiful views and is a great place to drink free tea or just relax. All this and I haven't even mentioned the awesome location. There is so much more to say about this place but I think you can tell from the other reviews, this is the place you want to stay at. Great hotel, great price, great location and great stay.

Modern hotel, excellent service, great rooms and lovely breakfast. Loved the free flow of coca tea all day. Beautiful patio with 360 views of the city. Would stay there again anytime.

Top service, location, breakfasts, rooms at very reasonable rates for what you get. From the time of booking (direct with hotel by email) the staff went above and beyond, including booking our bus tickets out of Cusco. Steps from Plaza de Armas. Comfiest beds, full breakfasts, matay de coca always brewed. Best and most spacious rooms on third floor of this new boutique hotel.

Room Tip: Third floor best rooms. There is one room, 212, that is not good and should be avoided.

We stayed here three nights - two upon arriving in cusco and one when returning from machu picchu. We were able to leave our luggage when traveling. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet (much quieter than I expected). The breakfast was good - eggs on order, plus the fruit, cheese, meat and bread. Wifi. great outdoor upstairs space. very centrally located. would definitely stay there when we return.

Room Tip: upstairs room.
